During a small ceremony, JUMO shareholder Bernhard Juchheim thanked the successful trainees together with the personnel management, the works council, and the trainers. "Due to the Corona pandemic, much of their training took place under difficult conditions. They mastered this challenge with flying colors and can be justifiably proud of their certificates," Bernhard Juchheim emphasized during his welcoming speech.

JUMO personnel manager Alexandra Dantmann added: "They have repeatedly demonstrated initiative, creativity and self-discipline - all of which are qualities that will take them further in their professional lives."

Alexandra Dantmann also thanked the training managers Tamara Stauch (commercial) and Frank Blasinger (technical) as well as the instructors Karsten Röth, Thomas Plur, Sebastian Krenzer, Frank Decher and Raphael Gutmann. "They have ensured the high JUMO training standard even in difficult times. This is also proven by the award as Germany's best training company in the measurement technology sector, which FOCUS magazine presented to JUMO this year."

Ten apprentices were taken on by JUMO, while six opted for a different career path or to study. The following apprentices successfully passed their exams: Sören Gellert, Moritz Mertin (each IT specialist), Jonas Derksen, Dennis Gefner, Julian Siemens (each industrial electrician), Kilian Spiegel, Anton Groß, Niklas Müglich (each tool mechanic), Lennart Aschenbrücker, Bartholo Baumbach, Melanie Baierbach, Lara Fuchert, Sabrina Leis, Leon Adolph, Nico Schneider, Nina Trautrims (each industrial clerk).
